Hot rolled pickled plate

Pickling plate and pickled steel board are intermediate products between hot-rolled and cold-rolled plates, which are made from high-quality hot-rolled thin plates. After the oxide layer is removed, the edges are cut, and the surface quality and usage requirements (mainly cold bending or stamping performance) are intermediate products between hot-rolled and cold-rolled plates. They are ideal substitutes for some hot-rolled and cold-rolled plates. Compared with hot-rolled plates, the advantages of pickled plates mainly lie in: (1) good surface quality. As hot-rolled pickled plates remove surface oxide scales, they improve the surface quality of the steel, making it easy to weld, oil and paint. (2) High dimensional accuracy, after leveling, can cause certain changes in the plate shape, thereby reducing the deviation of unevenness. (3) Improved surface smoothness and enhanced appearance. (4) Can reduce environmental pollution caused by dispersed acid washing by users. Compared with cold-rolled sheets, the advantage of pickled sheets lies in effectively reducing procurement costs for users while ensuring surface quality requirements.
